Jesse Draxler is a multidisciplinary artist who has shown extensively throughout the US as well as internationally in Berlin, Hamburg, Ireland, and Spain, been published in magazines such as Dansk, Creem, and Beautiful/Decay, as well as books such as Creative Block and The Age of Collage - a survey of the foremost collage artists working in the world today. 

 

Themes change, the imagery changes, but the one thing that remains the same is the mood. I want to make work that looks like what it feels like, or how my fan sounds in the corner of my studio.

 

When asked in a recent interview "if you had to describe your work, what would you say?" he replied "What would it feel like if your bones quit holding you up?"
